Welcome to VocaBuilder (“the App”), created and managed by Mai Pham (“I”, “me”, or “my”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features in the App are available through auto-renewable subscriptions, which provide access to premium content such as audio lessons, advanced vocabulary tools, and interactive features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may cancel or manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

2. Sign In and User Accounts

The App supports third-party sign-in options, including:

• Sign in with Apple
• Sign in with Google

By signing in using one of these services, you authorize the App to access basic profile information (e.g. name, email address) solely for the purpose of managing your account and personalizing your experience.

I do not share or sell your data to any third party.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree not to upload, submit, or share any content that:

• Is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Contains spam, phishing, or misleading information
